Dear Councilman Yeager:
Many households in North Willow Glen are currently suffering the impacts
of required flood insurance premiums and more-stringent building permit
Related to that issue, we feel that there may be an opportunity to obtain
eventual relief from those regulations, depending upon the design and
new grade of the Hervey Lane project.
While this project is now under review, we are asking you to take the
viewpoint of supporting a design and grade that would achieve the most
relief, for the largest number of people, from these flood zone regulations.
