5. Land Use
a. Willow Plaza – NWGNA board passed a motion to oppose the liquor application. The business plan is for an upscale liquor, tobacco and organic vegetable store. Ken motions to send a letter to the planning director opposing this land use issue 24 yes, 0 opposed, 3 abstained. Motion passed.
b. Delmas south of Willow – 7 homes on a parcel instead of the existing 3
c. November 8 – community meeting for three homes on Willow at Prevost
d. Oct. 27th Level of Service (traffic) level change mitigation with the city – traffic lights

6. Announcements
a. Contact Karen via NWGNA yahoo groups if you can help manage Christmas trees
b. Parking on Talapaque on Delmas and Willow is causing traffic concerns. Email will be sent to NWGNA yahoo to heighten awareness of concerns.
c. Pam Foley – Running for school board.
d. Community service day – October
