| BRAKE PADS, LINES + ROTORS | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Great value for those2006 WRX owners, or those (like us) who have added the 4-pot calipers to the front of their Impreza or older WRX. The Delux compound is a nearly dust-free, high-performance pad good for street and auto-X. The Metal Master compound is a tried and true pad for racers, rallyists and those who really abuse pads... won't cause rotor warping like certain other compounds. And Ultimate is the ultimate. Use any with Primitive's 11.3" power-slotted front rotors or your own! These compounds offer long pad and rotor life. Front Brake Pads

You won't stop until you have them. All the pads listed below offer improved performance over stock pads, and long life for pads and rotors alike. Metal Master brake pads work well to very high temps without warping rotors or wearing them out. Great for track days, rally, and extreme street performance. Use the PBR Ultimate Compound, combine with power slotting and braided steel brake lines (see below) for the ultimate race braking. Metal Master Compoundfor Subaru
for Subaru - see below.
Delux Compound brake pads are perfect for high performance street use, occasional track days, autocross and rallycross. They won't groove the rotors and have great stopping power and pedal feel. They are very low dusting, and do not require any warmup. Delux Compoundfor Subaru

PBR ULTIMATE COMPOUND BRAKE PADS A new ceramic/Kevlar compound gives high-performance braking on the street - at a reasonable price! Latest technology from PBR/Axxis creates a high-grip pad, with shorter life but higher performance. Ultimate Front Brake Pads... $62/pair Ultimate Rear Brake Pads... $52/pair |

Minimize that dreaded "mushy" feel in your brake
pedal, and protect your brake integrity from flying rocks! These
Goodridge G-Stop lines are tops. |

Slots get the gas out... Hard braking and high rotor temperature cause gas
to build up under your pads, causing mushy pedal and the dreaded brake
fade. Slotted rotors are better than cross-drilled rotors because the
rotor is much less likely to crack. Each rotor comes with a swatch of
temp-sensitive paint -- you can check this to see how hot your rotors
are getting. Add $100 each to get your rotors cryogenically treated (frozen) for extra life and endurance... especially if you use harsh brake pads such as Mintex or Porterfield or Ultimate.

These 11.3" slotted front rotors are a direct replacement
for WRX. They work with factory calipers or with the STi four-pot unit.
OE quality rotor has five curved power slots on each side. The slots are
cut to the maximum wear depth for that rotor, so when the slot goes away,
it is time to change the rotor... (just like the wear bar on your tires). RACING TIP: Add $100 each to get your rotors cryogenically treated to enhance rotor life and endurance. Or choose wisely on your pad compound to not create excessive heat. ? |

| STRUTS, BUSHINGS + SPRINGS | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Absolutely the best and toughest struts for rallying. We know -- we've tested! Developed and manufactured by Drummond Motor Sport, these struts offer four settings of rebound and twenty settings of "bump." Though designed to run cooler, with a large diameter bore, all DMS products are direct replacement parts fitted without modification to original equipment (i.e., to standard vehicle mounting points). DMS struts, 50mm (Group N) size See the DMS Website for a thorough description of the many advanced features of these 50mm shocks. |

Adjustable
40mm DMS Struts For Subaru Drummond offers a smaller-bore, more affordable
version ideal for street or rallycross. See the DMS Website for a thorough description of the many advanced features of these 40mm shocks.

I've found these gas struts are great for autoX and RallyX and even ClubRally use. Fronts have 4 adjustments; rears have either 4 or 8 adjustments (shown). For '02+ WRX, 2.5RS, TS For early Impreza and AWD Legacy |

These stiff rubber bushings reduce the deflection and bounciness you feel with the weaker stock strut tops. The fronts include a new center bearing. Fronts ... $155/pair (2.5RS and WRX) Rears ... $135/pair (2.5RS) Rears ... $255/pair (WRX) Set of four ... $239/set of 4 (2.5RS) $345/set of 4 (WRX) |

| FRONT AND REAR STRUT TOWER BRACES | ||||||||||||||||||
|
Two strut towers are better than none!
This brace bar for your Subaru provides lateral stability
for stresses on the front strut towers. Made of tubular aluminum, the
bar incorporates a new design for mounting to the towers as shown in the
photo. The very rigid bar transfers almost all the lateral stress from
one strut tower to the other. The net result is a stiffer structure, with
less body flex, and less chance of "tower misalignment" in overstressed
road conditions. |
|||||||||||||||||
|
This is the brace we use on our Impreza rally cars, so you
know it can take the stress!
|
We designed our bar with a cam-style adjustable link, as
shown in the photo. With this link, you can pre-load (pre-stress) the
suspension with precision -- and our bar (unlike others we've seen) simply
cannot twist. This provides rigidity front-to-back as well as side-to-side.
The aluminum bar is strong, and the ends are epoxy-coated steel for extra
strength. |
|||||||||||||||||
|
Carbon-fiber This stylish front strut tower brace bar features titanium
and carbon fiber construction, lightweight but STRONG. The completely
circular end pieces insure additional strength (much more rigid than the"C-shaped"
ends you see on some brace bars). Shaped to fit against the firewall behind
most intercoolers or airboxes. It looks good and reduces suspension flex. I have one GC (1993-01 Impreza) Carbon Fiber STi Replica Strut Tower bar for $295 nice! |
|||||||||||||||||
|
Protect your rear end! This aluminum strut tower brace bar forms the same rigid protective structure as described for front bars. For Impreza, 2.5RS and early Legacy sedan For WRX and STi and later 2.5RS

Put muscle on your control arms! These rally-tough lower control arm kits come complete with everything shown, including stiffer LCA bushing and ball joints. Made by Fuji Heavy Industries. Fits 2002+ WRX and can be made to fit GC body cars as
well. |

|
Heim Jointed Billet Aluminum construction and pressed in BALL JOINT make this the cat's meow and at a great price. These lightweight rear swaybar drop links replace the stock plastic "C-shaped" links with precision machined aluminum. The bushings is are a pressed in HEIM JOINT, effectively stiffening the sway bar action because there is near zero play, and making your 20mm swaybar act more quickly. Because the joint swivels, you reduce or eliminate the squeaks and rattles associated with delrin or urethane. This is the most responsive design available for a drop in replacement. These use English hardware (9/16" wrench) and the bolts
are all fine pitch, grade 8 quality. |

Say goodbye to wobbly plastic and rubbery rubber. These are STRONG. These hefty rear swaybar drop links replace the stock plastic
"C-shaped" links with steel. The bushing is heavy duty urethane,
effectively stiffening the sway bar action and making your 20mm swaybar
act like a 22mm bar. Similar to the action of the Primitive
Aluminum Endlinks, but using good ol' fashioned steel and urethane to
achieve it. |
