2.0 WRX Motor with extra capacity top-mount intercooler, silicone intercooler
hoses, Turbo XS Blow-Off Valve, IHI VF-30 turbo, Turbo XS dual stage boost
controller, Perrin up-pipe, custom 3" downpipe, 3" custom exhaust
with high flow muffler & cat. Exhaust headers heat wrapped.
Urethane stiffened motor mounts.
Vishnu Uni-Chip piggyback engine management with Split Second AFM-1 air/fuel
meter and Autometer boost gauge. Engine produces approx 275hp at
1.1 bar boost (15.7 lbs) Easily capable of 300+ hp with additional
boost.
STi RA 5 speed transmission. Never broken, case never opened.
New gear oil during and after each rally. 4.44 final drive, 12K
center diff, viscous front diff. This is the best tranny I have
ever had. Currently using an Exedy twin disk racing clutch--
extremely smooth engaging and STRONG!.
We
will be installing a 2.2 liter DOHC closed deck motor with 6-speed transmission
in June 2004. It will have a UTEC engine management system and produce
approx 345hp with 330 ft lbs torque! Price will go up upon completion
of that upgrade!
Rear viscous LSD differential (R160) with 4.44 ratio. Will
have the Sti R180 rear diff with active control disabled after June conversion.
STi enlarged hood scoop with integrated misting sprayers for intercooler
cooling. Very fine spray, high efficiency, low water consumption.
Slotted 11.4" vented front rotors with STi 4-pot calipers and Sparco
braided steel brake lines. Slotted large 11.3" rear rotors
with factory single pot calipers and Sparco braided steel brake lines.
DMS 50mm Giant Rally Suspension with 225lb double progressive front springs
and 180lb double progressive rear springs. Inspected and re-greased
5/04.
15" Speedline 2118 rally spec wheels with 16/64 15 Silverstone rally
tires.
Front strut tower bar (STi style), runs behind intercooler.
Alloy front lower control arms with STi bushings and heim-style swaybar
links.
Custom fiberglass front grill (cWest).
PIAA SuperWhite headlight bulbs (9007). Twin fiberglass light pods
with 2 KC HID Dayliter driving lights and 2 PIAA 80 series hi/lo beam
corner lights.
The
HID lights have ballasts incorporated into the lightpod. Connects
very cleanly.
Factory fog lamps (StonGard covered).
Entire car painted Blaze Yellow (special order color).
Rear bumper inner beam removed.
Lightweight fiberglass rear trunk lid. Perfect fit, includes remote
latch and retains factory lock. Safety triangle mounted to underside
of lid.
Battery relocated to trunk with master battery cutoff switch.
Spare tire mount and rack for spare fluids (oil/water) in trunk.
First aid kit mounted inside cabin. Upgraded
Phoenix 11lb halon fire system. 3 nozzles, one in cabin, one underdash
and one near turbo underhood. Slap valve activiation with safety
pin.
20bc Fire bottle mounted at co-driver's feet.
2 safety triangles mounted in cabin
Aluminum foot rest for co-driver.
Full, mild steel 1.75" rollcage expertly installed and professionally
welded. Retains door panels, yet angles out for ease of entry and
increased side impact protection. No cutting of dash needed near
A-pillars for front hoop. Includes a "stump" bar in roof
but retains roof vent and interior light. Headliner still in car,
as are all other interior panels retained for a finished look.
Pyrotect 5-point cam-lock harnesses. Black. SFI with 5/2004 date
stamp god 'til 2006!
Momo Acropolis carbon/kevlar rally seats. Very lightweight and strong.
Also extremely comfortable which is even more important. Incorporates
a bit more padding than many seats. Has Momo sliders for adjustability.
TerraTrip 303-plus mounted against dash.
TerraPhone intercom system. Hella 18" flexible map light.
Lighted toggle switches for HID lights, corner lights, hi/lo pattern for
corner lights, fog lamps.
Carbon fiber steering wheel cover. Momo steering wheel.
Rear doors lightened and gutted with windows staked in place.
Underbody protection by Primitive includes front + rear aluminum skidplates.
Entire underside protected with 1/8" HDPE panels molded to
floorpan and riveted into place. Unibody protected with stainless
steel strips. Formed fiberglass gas tank protectors. Rear
trailing armed reinforced with steel and extended to protect CV boots.
Reinforcments welded in strategic areas.
Roof scoop mounted on car. Rear spoiler is available.
Spare parts come with car (struts, control arms, radiator, LSD, wheels,
tires, tranny, etc etc). We can list out during negotiation.
This car finished twice in the top 10 in Pro events in 2002, won several
Club events outright, and is easily capable of top 10 finishes.
It is set up well and is ready to rally. We took 10th overall in
the Open class season championship running only half of the Pro events.
Also won NorPAc and Western States Rally Championshipsd in 2003!
