Navigating this Website 

Many products are listed on the Price Sheet but we add more ALL THE TIME.  To view selected featured products, click on the link provided on the Price Sheet. To view featured products in a specific category (suspension, engine, etc.), navigate to the Products page, where links are provided to pages for the desired category.  I do often have new products not yet listed on the website so I recommend that you let me know what you are looking for and I can put together a package for you.

The remainder of the Website is devoted to racing ... racing news, biographies of drivers and co-drivers, rally car construction, specific races, etc.   Please check out the section  on our popular RALLY DRIVING SCHOOLS.

Inquiries and Orders

Inquiries and orders should ordinarily be sent by e-mail. I am generally prompt in answering (except during races and schools), and your inquiry or order will be processed even faster if you include the following:

What you are interested in

Year and model of car

Shipping address

Contact phone number

I will let you know if the product is in stock or when I expect to have more. I generally carry inventory for all items on my Website unless otherwise noted as "special order" on the Price Sheet. I do not sell things that I do not have.

For the benefit of those without access to e-mail or in an urgent or emergency situation, my phone number is listed above. This area code is in the Pacific Time Zone, and calls should generally be made only in the work day between 9:35 AM and 5:05 PM PST.  Otherwise, leave me a message and I will get back to you.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is by personal check or money order to the address listed above, but alternative payment methods can be used. 
Primitive Enterprises accepts most major credit cards -- Visa, M/C and AMEX, DISC.  Complete card number (including expiration) and billing address info including cvv (3-digit security code) should be called into Primitive Enterprises with your order,  or you can send the info in an email if you are assured that it is secure and I recommend dividing the cc# into 2 separate emails for security.
Primitive adheres to privacy standards and shreds any documents containing complete card numbers or customer addresses and does not sell or trade or divulge any customer information with others.  My answering machine is SECURE (not connected to the internet) and you can leave credit card info on it if you speak clearly and slowly.

International payments must be made in US Dollars, and usually via Money Order, wire transfer, Paypal, or Western Union/MonyGram.

Shipping

Shipping is quoted using standard methods, unless a specific carrier is requested.  I generally use FedEx Home or USPS Priority Mail.  Extra large items like full bodykits or hoods may have to go by truck, generally FedEx Freight and require a commercial address to ship to.  In all cases, I need a contact phone number.  Some items have FREE FREIGHT.  I generally note those in the description or on the PRICE LIST page

Legal Stuff

Note that I cannot be responsible for you breaking local car modification, speed, or safety laws. Most products intended for off-highway or rally use and assume that you know what you are doing with them.  I sell my products "as is", and with a guarantee of satisfaction.  If you do not like your product when you receive it, simply contact me and return it in "like new" condition and I will return your payment.
