We got these litter modules in "used" condition from the City a few years ago. They haven't gotten any prettier on their own.

So North Willow Glen decided to rehab the Litter Modules as its May 2004 Neighborhood Improvement Day project. A team of nine volunteers painted over a dozen of the trash receptacles, up and down Bird, up and down Delmas, and everywhere in North Willow Glen.

The result: a more beautiful neighborhood...

... and some proud volunteers.
