POR2 is a sprawling FRPG in the tradition of the classic Gold Box games. Writerguy helped draft the storyline, helped create the character cast, and wrote most of the background bibles that got art and encounter design moving. He helped script the movies, wrote most of the interactive dialogs, and wrote almost all the color dialogs and lines. He helped cast the voice talent and directed over half of the voice lines.

Writerguy continued working on the game into production, consulting on story issues and adding color detail and encounters with the game's 3D game editor. He programmed and implemented the game's extensive Quest Log, which tracks over 50 game quests at a very high granularity.

POR2 began life as a "B" title, upgraded in mid-production to "A" aspirations, but it didn't meet expectations. It did, however, deliver an experience faithful to the tabletop origins of Dungeons & Dragons and established a less formulaic alternative in FRPG gameplay.
